This checklist helps the Client Success Manager (CSM) onboard a new client with Pixis AI. It ensures the CSM gets all the right access, permissions, and data connections to use Pixis AI's optimization features effectively.

Client’s account access to our Pixis Business Manager
Edit access to Narayan's FB Account for the following items-
Page
Pixels
Catalog
App
Note: If a client is not comfortable sharing BM access (Meta), the team can request access through individual IDs, including Narayan’s ID or another CSM’s ID.
Google: The Account must be added to Aiquire MCC, or respective Agency's MCC.
For Google, if only view access is required initially, it can be shared via performance.prod@pixis.ai; later, edit access can be managed through MCC.

Provide View Access to internal teammates
Share view-only access to the ad account to the following teammates-

Respective Client Partner
Tejas
Mukul
CSM
Other concerned POC in the team like Performance Manager.
Backend Data Access: Ensure we have backend data access, if applicable.
Access to the 3rd party tool on - reporting@pixis.ai
Custom Audience terms to be accepted by Narayan (For Meta Accounts only)
Create an Agency and Brand on Admin Panel (With Product Support Help)
Generate user for Client POC
Manually connect the ad account to the brand
