When you create an ad on Google Search, Google evaluates the ad and provides an "Ad Strength" rating that indicates its potential effectiveness. After evaluating this rating, Smart Insights assesses your campaign's overall ad strength and compiles a list of suggestions from Google. Smart Insights then offers specific recommendations that you can use to improve your ad strength. These recommendations may include increasing keyword usage in headlines, enhancing descriptions, and addressing underperforming ads. By following these recommendations, you can optimize your campaigns based on their current ad strength, thereby improving overall performance.
You can filter the data based on the following parameters:
Campaign Type
Conversion Goal
AI Group
This allows for a tailored analysis based on specific criteria relevant to your ad campaigns.
This section includes both graphical and tabular components that analyze various recommended actions. The Bars indicates Good, Average, and Poor Ad performance for ads. Each y-axis represents ad count. For example, if the graph indicates that there are 24 ads that are performing Average and need more keyword coverage in headlines. Then in List of Ads and Recommended Action Items you can view the recommendations for all those ads
The table below the graphical analysis lists specific ads and the recommended action items for each. The table includes columns such as:
