Budget Planner Activity: The user will be able to see all the details for all changes related to the budget planner

Scheduler Activity: The user will be able to see a log whenever they update/modify the AI group scheduler (including the time zone changes).

Parent AI Group Property: The user will be able to see the creation and edit logs of Parent AI groups under this property
