- Link Slack Integration:
- Navigate to the Slack Integration section within the Configuration section.
- Click on "Link" to begin the integration process.
- Select Workspace and Channels:
- Choose the Slack workspace you want to connect to.
- Select the channels where you want to enable Prism Bot.
- Activate Prism Bot in Slack:
- Go to the selected Slack channel.
- Invite @prism-bot to the channel by typing @prism-bot.
- Start Interacting:
- In the thread, mention @prism-bot and your queries related to your ad account.
- Receive responses and interact with Prism just as you would within the Prism platform.
- Add to More Channels:
- To enable Prism Chat in additional channels, just invite @prism-bot to that channel since it's already enabled for the workspace.
