The Reporting feature in Prism is designed to help you create personalized views of your ad performance data using dashboards and reports. It enables you to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze your ad accounts directly within the platform.
Begin by creating a Board, which serves as an organizational space for your dashboards and reports. A Board allows you to:
- Organize multiple dashboards and reports in one place.
- Customize your workspace to suit your specific needs.
- Collaborate with team members by sharing boards.
To create a Board:
- Navigate to the Reporting section in Prism.
- Click on "Create Board".
- Name your Board and add a description if desired.
- Save the Board to start adding dashboards and reports.
Dashboards provide a customizable view of your most important KPIs in an easy-to-read format. They are ideal for quick overviews and real-time monitoring of your campaigns.
- Customizable Widgets: Add and arrange widgets to display metrics that matter to you.
- Visual Representation: Use charts and graphs for intuitive data visualization.
- Real-Time Data: Monitor live data to keep track of performance.
- Within your Board, click on "Add Dashboard".
- Name your dashboard.
- Add widgets by selecting the KPIs you want to monitor.
- Arrange the layout to suit your preferences.
- Save the dashboard for future access.
Reports allow you to simulate your ad account views directly within Prism, providing detailed analytics and insights.
- In-Depth Analysis: Dive deep into your ad account data.
- Custom Date Ranges: Analyze performance over specific periods.
- Data Export: Download reports for offline analysis or sharing.
- In your Board, click on "Add Report".
- Select the ad account you wish to analyze.
- Choose the metrics and dimensions relevant to your analysis.
- Set the date range for the data.
- Generate the report to view it within Prism.
