For budget models, it is 7 days.
For bid models, it is 14 days. But 7 days also works.
Optimize takes a dynamic lookback approach.
How can I extend the lookback period up to 30 days from 7 days?
We recommend the last 7 days of data as our research shows that it provides better results.
Can I use a calculated metric as a Secondary KPI for the system to optimise?
No, we cannot, as the system currently doesn’t support it.
If we apply Optmize models on any campaign type, would the system know the bid strategy and configure it accordingly?
Based on metrics and target inputs from the user. The Optimize system will recognise the bid strategy and type of campaign to provide appropriate recommendations.

Is it mandatory to set up Budget Planner in Optimize?
Setting spends goal is part of configuration flow on Optimize. It helps the system produce budget actions. You can either set a fixed budget or select “Let Pixis use my campaign's budget as set on ads networks” option.

fix it?
The AI group selected is unconfigured, and the optimization mode for
this AI group is still under ”legacy”. Change it to the New Unified
model on the Admin Panel and refresh this page to activate the
configuration flow.
Can I set up different budgets for different time frames?
Yes, you can set up multiple budget plans for different time frames.
What does a fixed budget mean?
You can set a fixed budget for the AI Group, which will be applied to all its campaigns.
What are Action Levers? What do Budget and Bid levers mean in Action levers?
These Levers define the actions you want to take for your campaigns and adsets to Optimize performance. Based on the Actions required, you can enable or disable them.
What is a Confidence Score? What confidence score is better?
The Confidence Score represents the score generated by Pixis AI based on its provided recommendations.
Does AI directly take actions on your accounts?
Using Optimize on the Pixis platform, you can apply the AI recommendations automatically to your Ad platform accounts. In Optimize, you have to enable Action Flags. You can enable/disable the Action flags on the Optimize dashboard to stop/start automated actions related to bid, budget, and creative rotation.
Can we give direct permissions for a few small changes like(bid or budget changes) and leave the larger changes for us to make the changes manually?
The Action lever parameters can be set up so that our system makes small changes per action, and we can take actions manually via the Manual actions feature available in the legacy dashboard.
Can we manually undo changes executed by the AI?
We can take actions manually via the Manual actions feature available in the legacy dashboard. For example, if the recommendation that is executed is to increase the budget by $10, Users can undo it by taking a Manual action of Reducing the Budget by $10.
